Dina Meyer was born and raised in Forest Hills, Queens, New York, but moved to Dix Hills, Long Island in the last year in junior high school. Dina Meyer is the sister of two brothers. Gregory is her elder brother and Evan is her younger brother. When she was between the ages of 9 and 16 Her first introduction to the world of modeling was when she first began modeling. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock was among those who were trained by this method and so were Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. She got her first part in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, in which she had to relocate from Los Angeles to Los Angeles. After being offered the lead part in Johnny Mnemonic where she did most of the stunts on her own, she proved herself as an actress that is physically fit. She was also represented by Matt LeBlanc, so through her talent agent she managed to land a regular role in the show Friends.
